State Farm® Insurance Agent Alex Wakefield

"Beware if you are thinking of changing insurance companies and going to this one. We changed due to better rates and shortly after had a claim for damage and repair from a broken water line from our refrigerator. A month before our renewal the Alex Wakefield agency sent a text stating I would get a letter from State Farm (didn't say what it was regarding ) and to call with any questions. Didn't have the professional courtesy to call and talk to us regarding the situation. When I did call it was apparent no one wanted to talk to me but after a couple days their office manager called just to listen to my concerns. We have been homeowners for over 40 years and this is the second claim we have ever had! It was shocking, disappointing and is absolutely ridiculous that you have to carry insurance and then when you use it they no longer will "insure" you!
Why are you responding asking me to call your office to discuss when I've called your office twice and left a message for the agent to call me? You certainly have my number to call me back."
