I’ve paid a different amount each month since being with them and have had random charges forced on me without being told about them and when questioning agents i get met with the response of “ well you used the insurance you have to pay” I used the insurance because the Agent set it up without acknowledging that they wanted an additional $300 for doing so. Just be careful, they WILL apply random charges to your insurance without informing you or speaking with you about it as well as letting non policy holders change a policy they’re under."
